  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, toss the salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and crispy.
  6. For the sauce, mix sour cream, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  7. Serve the salmon bites hot with the garlic cream sauce on the side.
