  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While the salmon is cooking, prepare the garlic cream sauce by combining heavy cream, minced garlic, and parsley in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Once the salmon bites are done, serve them drizzled with the garlic cream sauce.
