Baked Parmesan Zucchini

An easy and healthy recipe for baked parmesan zucchini that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the zucchini slices with olive oil and then dip them into the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated zucchini on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
