Banana Chocolate Chip Yogurt Muffins

These delicious banana chocolate chip yogurt muffins are easy to make and incredibly moist, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in yogurt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
