  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 celery stalks, sliced

  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
