- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
