  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the butter and scramble the eggs until cooked.
  3. On one tortilla, layer the turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, blueberries, and shredded cheese.
