  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the pastry, leaving a border.
  5. Add blueberries on top of the mixture.
  6. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling and brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
