2 slices sourdough bread
1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Layer the unbuttered side of one slice with shredded white cheddar cheese, followed by blueberries, and top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a touch of honey to the blueberries before placing them in the sandwich.
