- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butterfly pea flower
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
- 2 cups cold water
- lemon slices for garnish
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.
- Add the butterfly pea flower and steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the flower and let the tea cool.
- In a pitcher, combine the cooled butterfly pea tea, lemon juice, honey, and 2 cups of cold water. Stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
Notes
- For a sweeter lemonade, adjust honey to taste.
