  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
