  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the potatoes and chicken ham, stirring to combine.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Blend the soup to your desired consistency, then season with salt and pepper.
