  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice the onions and sauté in olive oil until caramelized.
  3. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  4. Roll out puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
  5. Spread caramelized onions on the pastry, sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
