- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked.
- Add onions and potatoes, cooking until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and flour until smooth. Gradually add to the pot.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Season with garlic powder, black pepper, and crumbled turkey bacon. Serve warm.
