Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and combine well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until well mixed.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Take a scoop of cookie dough, flatten it, and fill it with a spoonful of cheesecake filling, then wrap the dough around the filling.
