Cheesesteak Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
  3. Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. Mix in the cooked pasta and salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese on top and cover until melted.
