- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
