A creamy and delightful chia seed pudding made with coconut milk and topped with fresh berries.

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well until the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. Before serving, stir the pudding again and top with mixed berries.

Notes

  • For a thicker pudding, add more chia seeds.
  • You can customize the pudding with different fruits or toppings.
