  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. While the bacon cooks, mash the avocado in a bowl and stir in mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture on one slice of bread.
  4. Layer the shredded chicken on top of the avocado spread.
  5. Add the cooked turkey bacon and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread.
  7. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the cheese melts.
