CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE

  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and chicken broth.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and ham mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
