  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Add garlic and mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce, and warm through.
  6. Garnish with parsley, salt, and pepper before serving.
