- 1 pound chicken breast
- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Add garlic and mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
