  • 2 cups celery, diced

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic, thyme, and rosemary; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Whisk together heavy cream and flour, then stir into the soup.
  7. Add shredded chicken and frozen peas; cook until heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, add more flour to the cream mixture.
