  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the bacon drippings, add olive oil, onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
