  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
