- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup peas
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
