  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the turkey bacon. Cook until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the chicken breast slices and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add the mixed bell peppers, broccoli, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. Return the turkey bacon to the skillet, and add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
