  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat well with the spice mixture.
  4. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.

  6. Warm the corn tortillas in the same skillet.
