  • 1 pound beef, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and broccoli florets; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in beef broth and sesame oil, and cook until broccoli is tender.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
