  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine beef, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds.
  3. Add marinated beef to the pan, cooking until browned.
  4. Add broccoli and oyster sauce, stir-frying for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over rice.
