  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  2. Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, and stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Microwave on high for 1-1.5 minutes, or until the cake rises and is set.
  5. Let cool for a minute before serving.
