  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
  6. Stir in the flour until just incorporated.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle it over the batter.
  9. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
