Cinnamon Roll Casserole

  • 2 cans cinnamon roll dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Cut the cinnamon roll dough into quarters and place in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour the mixture over the dough pieces.
  6. Drizzle maple syrup on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll package.
