Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing to combine.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
