- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices of rye bread
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onions until caramelized.
- Form the ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the beef patties in the skillet until browned and cooked through.
- Assemble the sandwiches with rye bread, beef patties, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onions, and cheese.
- Butter the outside of the sandwiches and grill until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
