  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to form the crust. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes until golden, then remove from the oven.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, shredded coconut, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Pour the filling over the baked crust.
  6. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes or until set. Let cool before slicing.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
