  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Divide the batter into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
