Copycat Longhorn Parmesan Crusted Chicken

A delightful recipe to replicate the famous Longhorn Parmesan Crusted Chicken at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
