A delicious take on the classic Ruth’s Chris Potatoes au Gratin featuring turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the potatoes, cream, cheese, and turkey bacon.
  4. Season each layer with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
