  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Layer half of the potatoes in a baking dish, followed by half of the cream mixture and half of the cheese and turkey bacon.
  5. Repeat layering with the remaining potatoes, cream, cheese, and turkey bacon.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
