Crack Breakfast Sliders

Easy to make and packed with flavor, these Crack Breakfast Sliders are perfect for a morning treat or weekend brunch.

Ingredients

  • 6 slider buns
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slices chicken ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs and add the shredded cheese and green onions.
  4. Slice the slider buns and layer the cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham on the bottom half.
  5. Top with the egg mixture and place the top half of the buns on.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until heated through.
