- 1 pound tater tots
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the tater tots evenly on the bottom.
- Top the tater tots with cooked turkey bacon and diced chicken ham.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and meats.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
