  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberries with sugar and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  5. Spread the cranberry mixture over the crust.
