2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, spinach, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Stir in the cooked rice until everything is well mixed.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
For a crunchier topping, sprinkle some breadcrumbs over the casserole before baking.
This dish can also be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
