- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
