- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 cup sweet corn, cooked
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked corn, turkey bacon, chicken ham, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Fold in the chopped cilantro.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
