Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups corn, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, green onions, chili powder, lime juice, and bacon.
  4. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
