  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated asiago cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
  3. Spread olive oil over the crust and sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and red pepper flakes.
