Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan Soup

  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, combine the chicken, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and spinach.
