Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Parmesan Soup

A delicious and creamy chicken Parmesan soup made easily in a Crock Pot.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the Crock Pot and pour in the chicken broth.
  2. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it, then return to the soup.
  5. Stir in cooked pasta and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, reduce the amount of broth.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or carrots.
