  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup gnocchi
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, add olive oil and chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and add diced potatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
