  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return to the pot.
